"From the moment walking in using a kiosk to check in and select my room, to the design of the lobby which is like multiple living rooms in one, to the design of the room with a comfy extra king size bed, controls from an iPad, to my view from the fifth floor facing John St, a really enjoyable experience and will definitely stay at a citizenm hotel again."
